Good Day,

I'm a restauranteur in San Francisco, and have an interest in getting more people cooking so they have a deeper understanding of food, so they can understand nutrition, in order to live a healthier lifestyle. Your organization seems to be a good spot where I may be able to help as a volunteer.

Please let me know if there is a time I may be able to visit and speak about any opportunities there may be.

Cheers, Karl

Yes! Thank you for doing what you are doing. Bringing healthier, real food options into schools so young people will have real, healthy ( and hopefully organic, too ) food to eat to nourish their bodies and minds while growing. As well as becoming more familiar with at a young age so that healthier eating and its resulting wholistic benefits will become a more familar, "normal" way of life for them as they grow into adulthood.

Some people wonder why there are so many children, and adults, with ADD, obesity, blood sugar and other health issues - yet these same children and people can often resolve many of these health issues by simply rechanneling their eating habits from "junk", pesticide and other chemical laden foods into regular meals of whole, organic vegetable and fruits.

Ive been looking for ways of helping with this myself, recently as well. Maybe helping out some with community organic gardening which also outreaches into schools and larger community..? I will be starting to provide massage at the Berkeley Tuesday Farmers Market this week, where I intend to find out more related options and opportunities.

Great to hear of more people caring about people and communities health.
